On Wednesday last week, our Junior School pupils went over to the BBC studios on Whiteladies Road to help with a spot of gardening!
The girls planted daffodil bulbs in the wildlife garden and were taught how to use trowels, what the difference is between a seed and bulb and they learnt about native species of daffodils.
They got very muddy but thoroughly enjoyed their gardening experience and are looking forward to returning in the Spring to see the flowers in full bloom!
