We are proud of our dedicated and passionate team of teaching and support staff, who are committed to providing outstanding educational opportunities for our students and ensuring all areas of the school run smoothly. The School is based in the leafy suburb of Westbury-on-Trym, a popular location for families. It is also just a stone’s throw from the cultural and gastronomic delights of Bristol city centre and close to both the M5 and M4 for easy access to the coast, London and the Midlands.

Our Independent Junior School is small and self-contained with a distinct family feel whereas our Senior School has more of a campus quality, both enjoying excellent facilities.

As you would expect from an established school, we offer enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave/pay. And, many of our support jobs are part-year or term-time only, providing excellent flexibility and an opportunity to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  In accordance with our Child Protection Policy we are unable to process applications without a fully completed application form. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Our posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are ‘spent’ unless they are ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
